Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager in the Miami area to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services. You will drive operational metrics and profitability, leveraging AI tech and BI tools while promoting safety and exceptional service across a designated portfolio.

You will hire, train, and develop teams, monitor budgets, and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making (budgeting, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients.
• Use BI tools and reporting platforms to monitor metrics and drive efficiency.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee budgets, accounts receivable/payable, and EBITA alignment.
• Foster a culture of safety and action plans to reduce injuries.
