Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to drive daily security operations, ensuring the safety of people and property while leading a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate with clients, and leverage Allied Universal’s BI platforms to monitor metrics, optimize schedules, and improve profitability and efficiency. This role offers a meaningful, collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate's or HS diploma with experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may apply.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading diverse teams and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, safety protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to manage a large dispersed team and drive results.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and supervise frontline supervisors and officers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protect people and property.
