Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to drive security posture for Falcon Complete customers. You will guide customers with technical expertise and strong communication, ensuring alignment with CrowdStrike standards and best practices.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS, threat detection/incident response experience, and IT security certifications. Remote work with strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience or knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ CrowdStrike Falcon environment and align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers.
• Create and remediate components of CrowdStrike products to enhance security posture.
• Directly contact customers when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics as requested.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
