Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Supervisor in Little Rock, AR to coordinate and oversee contract security operations under the Account Manager. You will supervise Security Professionals, train staff, manage post orders, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

You will conduct interviews, provide on-the-job training, and coordinate incident reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the security contract under the Account Manager.
• Supervise shift supervisors and security professionals; coach and train staff.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and current training information.
