You will lead from the front, ensuring safety and client satisfaction while managing scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.

In this role, you will develop and retain a high-performing team, oversee training and site standards, and coordinate with clients to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive operational excellence, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary client contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and inventory management.
