Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in North Little Rock to oversee on-site security operations, staff scheduling, and training, ensuring contract compliance and high service quality.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory security experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients. Weekly pay and competitive pay rate accompany a full-time schedule at the client site.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Senior security experience preferred or equivalent supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site including staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for security staff.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level per AUS directives.
• Inspect security personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction and supervision to subordinates and decide on disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
