Allied Universal is seeking a Security Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervision, training and site operations at the assigned post in line with post orders and client instructions.

The role includes coordinating security tasks, guiding Security Professionals, and maintaining thorough reports and communications. A week-long onboarding course provides best practices, tools, and guidance to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional security experience preferred.
• Valid state Guard License and background check with drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations functions.
• Coordinate security tasks and direct Security Professionals.
• Maintain post orders, reports and client communications.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and supervise shifts.
• Respond to incidents and ensure client relationships remain strong.
