Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service to clients.

This role focuses on scheduling, client relationship development, and maintaining site standards with a strong emphasis on compliance and safety. A background in security management and excellent communication is required, with opportunities for growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
