Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager at the assigned post. You will supervise, train, and coordinate operations in line with post orders and client instructions, backed by a week-long onboarding course.

The role offers leadership growth with requirements of 3–5 years in security, a valid guard license, driving eligibility, and strong communication. Expect engagement with clients and staff daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related fields.
• Guard license required; background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the location.
• Supervise, coach and train Security Professionals and shift staff.
• Maintain post orders, documentation and reports; ensure post cleanliness.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new employees; conduct on-the-job training.
• Oversee reports, logs and communications to staff and client.
• Manage sub-units like control rooms and loading docks; handle extra coverage requests.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed; maintain client relationships.
