Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Supervisor to oversee site operations, supervise staff, train personnel, and ensure compliance with client instructions and internal procedures.

The role manages posts, develops training materials, reviews security logs, and coordinates with leadership to resolve deficiencies while maintaining a strong client relationship and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicles.
• 3+ years of professional security supervisory/management experience.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and office management tools.
• Good independent judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage all supervisory, training, and operations functions at the site.
• Direct work tasks to Supervisors and Security Professionals daily.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop meeting of performance standards.
• Update post orders and operating procedures; ensure compliance.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-down communications.
• Respond to site emergencies and communicate with leadership.
• Maintain positive client/security relationships and professional standards.
