Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass state-required training and licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the on-site security function (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make personnel recommendations.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Initiate disciplinary actions or commendations as appropriate.
