Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising operations at the assigned post. You will coordinate security tasks, supervise staff, maintain post orders, and ensure proper training and documentation.

The role involves interviewing and onboarding new employees, managing incident reports, and maintaining client relations. The position requires 3–5 years in security, a valid Guard License, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience required.
• Valid state Guard License and background check compliance.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance basics.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all security contract aspects at the site.
• Supervise, coach, train and evaluate Security Professionals and shift staff.
• Maintain post orders and training information; ensure site upkeep.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; provide on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications; manage sub-units in security dept.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; maintain client relations.
• Occasionally perform Security Professional duties as needed (≤50% time).
