GardaWorld Security in Lawrence, KS seeks a contract Security Account Manager to maintain on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, and build relationships while updating databases, reviewing compliance, and preparing reports.

This role guides customers through projects, delivers detailed presentations, and supports pricing, billing, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Experience in security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long‑term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow‑ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
