GardaWorld Security in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee on-site client accounts and drive security service excellence. In this role you will manage client issues, coordinate with local branch teams, and deliver presentations that showcase value and compliance.

You’ll lead operational oversight, data and financial management, and reporting, while guiding customers through projects, contracts, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years in security operations with increasing responsibilities.
• 2+ years in management; TWIC card; MTSA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies; communicate with key contacts.
• Update CRM/ERP databases; review MSAs at branch/site levels.
• Analyze data; prepare internal reports; provide pricing estimates.
• Write client communications, reports, and operating guidelines.
