Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations.
• At least two (2) years of management experience.
• Holds a current TWIC card.
• Experience and familiarity with MTSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and GardaWorld branches.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
