Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee on-site security accounts in Orange, CT. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, and build relationships to enhance security services.

Responsibilities include database updates, compliance reviews, billing, data analysis, and reporting. You will guide customers through projects, deliver tailored presentations, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience in security operations with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld branch teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue follow-ups.
• Write reports and operating guidelines; support communications.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
