Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post in accordance with post orders and client instructions.

The role includes coordinating tasks for Security Professionals, supervising shift staff, updating post materials, conducting on-the-job training, and maintaining client relationships, with onboarding and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry, law enforcement or military background preferred.
• Valid state Guard License and ability to pass background check and drug test; license must remain active.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving roles.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the security contract under the Account Manager.
• Supervise and coach Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assignments.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and update training materials.
• Conduct interviews and provide onboarding/training for new staff.
• Prepare reports and ensure timely communications to the client.
• Manage sub-units like control rooms and loading docks as applicable.
