Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising and training at the assigned post. The role focuses on operations, client communication, and adherence to post orders and internal procedures.

The position requires 3–5 years of professional security experience, a valid Guard License, and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Must have a valid state Guard License and pass background check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract at the location under supervision.
• Supervise and coach Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain post orders, training information, and proper post site organization and cleanliness.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff; advise on emergency responses.
• Prepare reports and logs; ensure timely communications to security staff and client.
