Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervision, training and daily operations at the assigned post. You will coordinate tasks, direct Security Professionals and ensure adherence to post orders and client instructions.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training new staff, maintaining logs and reports, and handling incidents while preserving client relationships and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry or military background preferred.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License or be in process to obtain one; background check and drug test required.
• Driving position requires valid license, clean record and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with supervision, training and operations at the post.
• Coordinate tasks, direct Security Professionals and maintain post orders.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Maintain post documentation, logs and reports and ensure timely communication.
• Respond to incidents, manage client relations and enforce security standards.
