Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in the United States. You will assist the Account Manager in supervising security personnel, coordinating operations, and delivering client-focused service at the assigned post.

The role includes training, performance evaluation, and maintaining post documentation. The position offers a structured onboarding course and opportunities to grow within a dynamic security operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience.
• Valid state Guard License and background check requirements.
• Ability to write concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract at the assigned location.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train Security Professionals.
• Evaluate work performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain Post Order manual and site organization.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee reports, logs and communications to Security Professionals.
• Manage sub-units and arrange extra security coverage.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and notifications.
• Escalate personnel issues to management.
• Recommend counseling or disciplinary actions as directed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain client relationships.
• Occasionally perform Security Professional duties up to 50%.
