Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations responsibilities at the assigned post. A comprehensive week-long onboarding course is provided to guide best practices and tools.

The role includes overseeing security staff, maintaining post orders, conducting interviews, and managing incident reports. This position requires strong leadership, communication and on-time problem solving across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience required. Prior experience in security, law enforcement or military preferred.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and pass background/drug tests.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and adequate insurance.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to de-escalate issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the location under the Account Manager guidance.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and ensure post/training information is current and post area is clean and organized.
• Assist with interviewing and on-the-job training of new employees; orient to post and review orders and emergency procedures.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs; distribute communications to security staff at the post.
