Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Washington, DC. This role supports the Account Manager by supervising security staff, coordinating contract operations, and training personnel at the post.

You will monitor post orders, organize documentation, and ensure daily readiness while maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in security or related fields, a valid Guard License, and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security operations or related field.
• Valid state Guard License or active license upon employment.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of security contract operations at the post.
• Supervise and motivate Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information; ensure post is clean and organized.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-downs; distribute communications to staff.
