Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Security Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervision, training and operations at the assigned post. The role includes onboarding, coordinating tasks, and ensuring quality security service.

The position requires a minimum high school diploma, 3–5 years of security experience, and a valid Guard License. Driving eligibility and strong customer service are essential. Benefits are provided to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three to five years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurability as required by policy.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects of the security contract at the assigned location.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train security professionals and evaluate performance.
• Maintain and update post orders, training information, and site cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in interviews and on-the-job training of new employees.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications, and distribute information to security staff.
