Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking an operations liaison to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services for warfighter support. You will ensure service excellence, monitor assets, and document technical processes to enable informed decisions.

Responsibilities include incident management, logistics and asset control, financial oversight of cloud usage, and development of SOPs to ensure consistent operations. A Secret clearance is required to be eligible.

Qualifications

• Logistics and asset management experience in IT or defense environments.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ITIL familiarity preferred.
• Financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queue, alerts, and performance metrics.
• Maintain CMDB for all hardware and perform audits.
• Track cloud and bandwidth usage against budgets; advise on cost savings.
• Lead stand-ups for new services and document SOPs.
