Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking an Operations Liaison to manage end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud services for warfighter support. You will oversee incident response, performance dashboards, and asset management while guiding cost controls and service readiness.

Responsibilities include SOP development, vendor handoffs, and operational runbooks to ensure consistency. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing logistic support requirements and linking functions across missions.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles; ITIL preferred.
• Analytical with experience in financial oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating tech/financial data.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queue, metrics, and performance to prevent breaches.
• Prioritize and track incidents from start to resolution or workaround.
• Evaluate actions to prevent degradation and document outcomes.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware including satellites and SIM cards.
