SimVentions, Inc. in Virginia seeks a senior operations liaison to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services, emphasizing logistics, incident management, asset control, and operational readiness to support warfighter missions.

This role requires an ACTIVE SECRET clearance, strong ITSM foundation, and finance oversight. You will lead service stand-ups, develop SOPs, and ensure accurate CMDB and cost optimization across projects.

Qualifications

• Understands ITSM concepts and ITIL basics (preferred).
• Experience with logistics support requirements and cross-functional linkages.
• Analytical skills with financial oversight and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queue, prioritize incidents, and track resolution.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware including satellite dishes and SIMs; audit inventory.
• Monitor cloud usage against budgets and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-ups for new services; coordinate vendor handoffs; develop SOPs.
