Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Logistics & Operations Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services.

You will ensure service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and documentation to support warfighter technology. You will support logistics and supply chain operations, incident management, and operational readiness, with responsibilities spanning CMDB accuracy, budget tracking, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or related field.
• Strong ITSM understanding; ITIL certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data, monitor budgets, and advise cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical/financial data for customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident and performance management including alerts, metrics, and queue prioritization.
• Maintain CMDB for all hardware, perform regular inventory audits.
• Track cloud consumption and bandwidth against budgets; prepare advisory reports.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and validate deployment steps.
