You will oversee incident and performance management, maintain asset records including CMDB, and provide advisory on cloud usage and budgets. The role requires active Secret clearance, strong analytics, and ability to translate complex technical and financial data into actionable guidance for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, or business administration.
• ITIL certification preferred; strong ITSM knowledge.
• Experience with budget monitoring and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data for customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident management and dashboards (latency, uptime, throughput).
• Maintain CMDB and perform regular inventory audits.
• Monitor cloud usage and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-up of new services and develop SOPs/runbooks.
