Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a highly organized operations liaison to manage end-to-end lifecycle services for satellite, cellular, and cloud offerings. You will oversee incidents, asset management, and financial oversight to support warfighter-ready solutions.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and readiness to travel ~25%. You will develop SOPs, runbooks, and coordinate vendor transitions to ensure operational readiness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience developing logistics support requirements and documentation.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• demonstrated ability to monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical/financial data into actionable guidance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queues, dashboards (latency, uptime) and performance metrics.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware assets (satellite dishes, SIM cards) and perform regular audits.
• Track cloud usage and bandwidth against budget baselines; prepare advisory reports.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, validate deployment steps.
