SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics and IT Services Lead to serve as the primary operational liaison for satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services. You will support end-to-end logistics, incident management, asset management, and readiness to ensure service excellence for our customers.

The role emphasizes strong ITSM knowledge, budget oversight, and the ability to translate technical and financial data into clear guidance for stakeholders, with a secure clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Develop logistic support requirements and linkages between functions.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• Analytical skills with financial oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data to actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident queue and metrics (latency, uptime).
• Prioritize incidents and document resolutions.
• Evaluate performance data to prevent degradation.
• Maintain CMDB for all hardware including satellites and SIM cards.
• Audit inventory to resolve discrepancies.
• Track cloud usage vs budgets; prepare advisory reports.
• Lead stand-up of new services; coordinate vendor handoffs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and service runbooks.
