Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking an operational liaison to manage satellite, cellular, and cloud services end-to-end for the warfighter. You will ensure service excellence, asset integrity, and robust documentation to support mission-critical technology.

The role covers incident management, logistics and asset oversight, and financial advisory, with a required ACTIVE Secret clearance and US citizenship. Occasional travel of 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITIL certification preferred).
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial oversight, budget monitoring, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical/financial data into clear advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Performance Management: Oversee alerts, dashboards, and incident queue; document and track from initiation to resolution or workaround.
• Logistics & Asset Management: Maintain CMDB for hardware (satellite dishes, SIM cards) and perform regular audits.
• Financial Oversight & Advisory: Track cloud consumption and bandwidth; prepare advisory reports on costs and savings.
• Operational Readiness & Transition: Lead stand-up of new services; develop SOPs and runbooks.
