Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a logistics and operations specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud services for warfighter support.

You will oversee incident and performance management, asset control, and financial oversight to ensure service readiness and cost discipline. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Develop logistics support requirements and link functions across missions.
• Strong ITSM knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• Analytical skills with experience in financial oversight and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical/financial data.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee alerts, dashboard metrics (latency, throughput, uptime).
• Prioritize and track incidents from initiation through resolution.
• Evaluate performance data to prevent breaches or degradation.
• Maintain CMDB for hardware including satellite dishes and SIM cards.
• Perform regular audits to identify inventory discrepancies.
• Track cloud consumption against budgets.
• Prepare advisory reports on shortfalls and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and runbooks for operational consistency.
