Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a logistics and operations specialist to act as the primary liaison for the end-to-end lifecycle of satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services for warfighter support.

The role focuses on service excellence, asset management, incident handling, and operational readiness. You will monitor ITSM processes, maintain CMDBs for hardware including satellite dishes and SIM cards, manage cloud and budget tracking, and develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable advice for customers.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incidents & performance management metrics and the incident queue.
• Maintain an accurate CMDB for hardware including satellite dishes and SIM cards; perform audits.
• Track cloud consumption and bandwidth against budget baselines; prepare advisory reports on cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead stand-up of new services, coordinate vendor handoffs, and develop SOPs for operational consistency.
