Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Lead Recruiter to launch and scale night‑shift recruitment for a Dallas/San Antonio‑area manufacturing facility. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to build a strong pipeline, manage staffing programs, and drive end‑to‑end recruiting for production ramp‑up and ongoing operations.

The role requires strong independent work ethic, sound judgment in staffing challenges, and the ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, or Master’s with 1 year of HR experience, or 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience leading mass hiring and high‑volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer development.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Document position requirements, open requisitions, and establish recruiting timelines.
• Develop staffing programs to support ramp‑up and ongoing operations.
• Source and screen candidates, review resumes, and evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinate evaluations and interviews, and document decisions.
• Advise managers on offers and compensation in partnership with HR.
