Job summary

International Motors, LLC in San Antonio is seeking a Lead Recruiter to launch and scale night-shift recruitment for a second production shift. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to translate workforce needs into effective sourcing, screening, and offer strategies that create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the night shift launch.

This role requires independent judgment, high integrity, and the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years HR experience
• Master's degree with 1+ year HR experience
• Or 5+ years HR experience

Responsibilities

• Document position requirements, open requisitions, and establish recruiting timelines with hiring managers
• Develop staffing, employment, and recruiting programs for ramp-up and ongoing needs
• Determine sourcing sources and execute advertising, posting, outreach, and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain networks and recruiting processes for a strong candidate pipeline
• Promote the company’s employment brand and represent the organization professionally
• Source and pre-screen candidates, review resumes, assess qualifications, and evaluate ATS tools
• Coordinate evaluations, interviews, and disposition activity per company standards
• Advise hiring managers through interview and selection to ensure timely decisions
• Develop and support offers in partnership with HR and Compensation
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment steps
• Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and job boards
• Monitor performance of agencies and channels, and recommend improvements
• Track recruiting activity and analyze recruitment trends
• Support college recruiting and workforce outreach programs
• Assist immigration processes as needed
• Apply advanced recruiting knowledge to complex staffing challenges
• Work independently and provide guidance to junior staff
• Maintain compliance with policies and EEO requirements
• Support events and overtime needs as required
• Other duties as assigned
