Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking an Associate HR Manager for the Night Shift at our San Antonio manufacturing plant. You will partner with Plant HR leadership to drive employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness during the Second Shift launch and ongoing operations.

The role requires 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting, strong data analysis skills, and collaboration across HR, Operations, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of human resources or labor experience
• Master's degree and at least 2 years of human resources or labor experience
• At least 6 years of human resources or labor experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant HR Manager and leadership on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Support the Launch team to implement 2nd Shift operations, including staffing readiness and onboarding.
• Transition from 1st shift to 2nd shift HR support after training.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Build partnerships across HR, Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Support compensation planning and performance management.
• Supervise and coach HR team members.
