Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven track record filling manufacturing/operations roles at volume under tight deadlines.
• Expert-level Boolean search and sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and channels beyond traditional boards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing and operations.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines from scratch using multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidate quality.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics to improve approaches.
