Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer for IVEST initiatives to advance our truck manufacturing operations in San Antonio. You will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of IVEST solutions that connect IT, production, quality, and other support functions.

The role requires manufacturing engineering expertise and strong knowledge of IVEST, test/validation software, automation, and data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
• 5+ years of experience in product manufacturing or a closely related field.
• Experience with IVEST, manufacturing automation, and data integration.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IVEST implementation, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports related to productivity, quality, and downtime.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
