Job summary

International is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the 2nd shift at our San Antonio manufacturing facility. You will partner with Plant HR leadership to drive employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while supporting the startup and stabilization of 2nd shift operations.

The role begins on 1st shift for training, transitioning to 2nd shift with a 10% shift differential. You will influence through collaboration, build partnerships, and lead HR programs to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR or labor experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of lead experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship anticipated).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant HR Manager and leadership to guide employee relations and workforce planning.
• Support launcher and shift transitions, onboarding, training alignment, and change management.
• Transition from 1st Shift to 2nd Shift HR support with plant process familiarity.
• Act as advisor to leaders on attendance, performance, and policy interpretation.
• Lead investigations, coaching, and documentation for complex employee relations matters.
