Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains manufacturing methods, processes, and assembly aids.
• Create flow charts, PFMEA, and product control plans.
• Lead Lean improvements: reduce waste, 5S, and VSM events.
• Coordinate with design eng to release new products.
• Estimate costs, determine time standards, advise on tooling.
• Maintain records and reporting for operations.
• Lead or facilitate value stream mapping to identify opportunities.
