Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist on second shift in Lockbourne, OH. You will respond to orders and client inquiries, address invoice questions, and resolve delivery and service issues while maintaining high-quality client service.

The role requires 2–4 years of client service experience with a focus on issue resolution and multitasking in a fast-paced logistics environment. This position is full-time and onsite in Lockbourne, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of client service experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause of problems and explains best solution; expedites corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominantly routine but may deviate from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
