Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist for the third shift to support clients across our Kentucky location. The role focuses on handling orders, inquiries, invoices, and complaints with a dedication to service quality.

You will record problem areas, resolve issues with delivery dates or service, and follow up to ensure resolution, while working within standard procedures and handling additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years client service experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
