H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Randallstown, Maryland. You will be the welcoming first impression for clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person.

Training will prepare you to connect clients with the right tax professional and contribute to a smooth, professional experience. This in-person role requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and availability for evenings and weekends during tax

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care.
