Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions in effect.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Label and price items accurately.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring, and reporting shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
