With expert product knowledge, you will guide customers through every step of the transaction, positively representing the New Balance brand. You will work with a flexible schedule, stand for extended periods, assist with stock, and maintain a neat floor presentation while applying the GUEST service model.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Past retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions running.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and price marked.
• Protect products by tagging/untagging, monitoring floor merchandise and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
