Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet customers and identify their needs; educate on product features and benefits.
• Help customers with product fitting and measurement.
• Inform customers about promotions and pricing; keep floor neat and well stocked.
• Label and price items; monitor security tags and merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
