Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to perform basic math and work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using the GUEST service model and expert product knowledge.
• Greet, understand needs, educate on features, resolve questions, and close sales.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and protected; follow safety and lifting procedures.
