You will help with merchandising, process transactions, and support promotions while maintaining floor cleanliness and safety. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication with a friendly demeanor.
• Past retail experience preferred but not required; ability to thrive in a team.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and well stocked.
• Label and price items correctly and monitor security on the selling floor.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near-misses promptly.
