Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Associate for our BOS-MAYNARD, MA location. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate items, and ensure fast and accurate checkout.

Responsibilities include unloading/docking merchandise, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will engage customers in rewards programs, support omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS), and assist with planograms while adhering to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and operate the checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Stock and merchandise products; follow planograms and maintain in-stock shelves.
• Engage customers with the benefits of rewards programs and store services.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and store recovery duties.
