Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Braintree, MA is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store standards to support a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers about rewards programs, supporting omni-channel processes, and contributing to store recovery and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must satisfy U.S. federal, state, and local requirements.
• Team Members must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers about rewards programs and private label credit cards and enroll them.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and VOC surveys.
• Participate in store recovery, in-stock optimization, and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
